**1. Eligibility:**

   - The [#affirmabouttown Photo Sweepstakes] (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of Texas, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

   - Employees, officers, and directors of Mindset Solutions Multimedia, LLC ("Sponsor") and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.

   - The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by law.

 

**2. Sponsor:**

   - The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Mindset Solutions Multimedia, LLC, mailing address P.O. Box 870682 Mesquite, TX 75150.

 

**3. Entry Period:**

   - The Sweepstakes begins on November 20, 2023, at 12:00 AM CT and ends on December 9, 2023, at 11:59 PM CT (the "Entry Period").

 

**4. How to Enter:**  

    1. Follow @affirm_book and @theemprissofempowerment on Instagram

    2. Submit a photo or photos on Instagram containing the book AFFIRM: 1000+ Affirmations for Creating Your New    Reality using the hashtag  #affirmabouttown.

   3. Post daily during contest period to increase chances to win.

- For a single sweepstakes entry without purchasing and using the AFFIRM Book, participants must:

    1. Complete the official entry form at https://bit.ly/AffirmAboutTownEntry

 

   - Entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period to be eligible.

   - Multiple photo entries are permitted during contest period (up to two per day) given they use the affirmabouttown hashtag and tag @affirm_book for the entry to be eligible. Only one email entry per person will be accepted.

 

**Photo Requirements**:

- Photos must be original and taken by the entrant.

- Photos must be original and cannot be AI enhanced or generated that altars the context of the photo aside from filters that altar color, composition, lighting, etc.

- Photos must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or rights of any third party.

- Photos must not contain any offensive, defamatory, destructive, or inappropriate content.

 

**5. Prize:**

   - Two single adult admission tickets to the Gaylord Texan Ice Exhibit for the 2023 Season (ARV: $98.) Hotel, airfare, transportation costs, and parking costs, etc. are NOT included.

   - Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prizes is offered.

   - All federal, state, and local taxes related to the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

 

**6. Winner Selection:**

  Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or about December 12, 2023."

   - Winners will be notified via email or direct message on social media and must respond within 2 days to claim their prize.

   - If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified time, or is disqualified for any reason, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion.

 

**7. Publicity:**

   - By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

 

**8. General Conditions:**

   - Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

   - Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

   - By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

**9. Winner's List:**

   - To obtain a copy of the winner's list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to  P. O. Box 870682 Mesquite, TX after October 8, 2023.

**10. Disputes:**

   - Any disputes arising under or related to this Sweepstakes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Texas without regard to its conflict of law principles, and the state and federal courts located in Dallas, TX shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings related to this Sweepstakes.

 

**11. Privacy:**

   - Information collected from participants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.emprissdbennett.com/general-8.

 

By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
